Who am I?

I’m Danish, but have lived in the UK with my British husband and youngest son for almost three years. I returned to Denmark in 2010.

I used to work in the entertainment industry but in later years I’ve been working for myself as a translator, editor and copy writer and I have upgraded myself by doing a BA in Information Science at University. I’m now branching out so also offer consultancy on the use of social media in businesses and for charities. I also do talks on children on the web. Check out my slidesĀ here.

Here on my blog I write about more or less anything that engages me. It could be politics, technology, food or literature. Or something else that has caught my attention. Stay tuned and skip the entries that don’t fit your profile!

On my Flickr page you can see loads of pictures in all categories. I’ve tried to sort them, so that they are easily navigated. They are also tagged. Lately I’ve begun to hide some pictures from public view, because some people out there have very strange interests, which I don’t want to accommodate. If you, however, consider yourself my friend or are a member of my family, please send me an e-mail and I’ll invite you to see all the pictures.

I have an on-going love affair with Twitter. Follow me and find out why. @labeet.
